These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all ticket purchases for the Georgian Tourism Summit 2026 ("the Event"), organised by Tourister LLC ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Ticket tiers and pricing
Three ticket tiers are available for the Georgian Tourism Summit 2026, all providing the same full-access package:
- Early Bird (₾196): available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to 100 tickets. This tier is offered at a 30% discount from the Standard price.
- Standard (₾280): activates automatically once the 100 Early Bird tickets are sold. Available until supply is exhausted or until one week before the Event.
- Last Minute (₾380): activates one week before the Event date (on or around 17 November 2026) and remains available until the start of the Event, subject to availability.
All prices are in Georgian Lari (₾) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed at the time of purchase and will not be adjusted if a lower tier becomes available afterwards.
2. What your ticket includes
All ticket tiers grant the following access at the Georgian Tourism Summit 2026 (November 24–25, 2026 · Expo Georgia, Pavilion 3 · Tbilisi, Georgia):
- Access to all main-stage sessions on both days
- Entry to all workshops
- Summit welcome kit
- Access to the AI Matchmaking Lounge
- Attendee profiles and networking leaderboard
- 1:1 meeting scheduling tool
3. Purchase and payment
- Tickets may be purchased via card payment through our secure payment provider, or by bank transfer against a generated invoice.
- A generated invoice is valid for 24 hours. Tickets are confirmed only after the bank transfer is received and cleared within that window.
- Your ticket is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your ticket QR code. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 30 minutes.
- For group bookings (4 or more attendees), a 10% discount applies. Contact us at contact@tourister.ge before purchasing.
4. Refund and cancellation policy
Tickets are non-refundable after 1 October 2026.
- Cancellation requests submitted before 1 October 2026 may be eligible for a full refund, less any processing fees. Requests must be made in writing to contact@tourister.ge.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received on or after 1 October 2026, regardless of the reason.
- If the Event is cancelled or significantly altered by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to a future edition or a full refund in accordance with applicable Georgian law.
- Tourister LLC is not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by the attendee in connection with a cancellation.
5. Ticket transfer
- Tickets may be transferred to another named attendee at no charge up to 7 days before the Event (by 17 November 2026).
- To request a transfer, email contact@tourister.ge with the original purchaser's name and order number, and the full name and email of the new attendee.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain. Any ticket found to have been resold at a profit may be cancelled without refund.
6. Entry and identification
- A valid ticket (digital or printed QR code) and a matching government-issued photo ID are required for entry.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if the attendee details cannot be verified or if the ticket has already been used.
- Tickets are for single entry per day and are non-transferable on the day of the Event.
7. Attendee conduct and safety
- All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward fellow attendees, speakers, staff and venue personnel.
- The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, offensive or in breach of these Terms, without refund.
- The venue operates in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations. Attendees must follow all on-site instructions from event staff and venue security.
- The organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property at the venue, except where caused by the organiser's negligence.
8. Photography, recording and data use
- The Event will be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. By attending you consent to your image potentially appearing in Tourister materials. Contact us to opt out.
- Your personal data collected at registration is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Event
The organiser reserves the right to change speakers, session content, schedule or venue layout where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund unless the Event is cancelled in full.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from ticket purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
